The students of 7SK and 7WR had an awesome Noho Marae Trip at Taheke Marae on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd of May. Everyone enjoyed the sunny weather as the students learned about the history of the marae, practised kapa haka, dramatised local stories, and made harakeke putiputi. The honorary kitten, who periodically visited us, also melted many hearts. There was lots of learning, fun memories and only a few faint snores. A huge thank you to the teachers, parents and senior students who made this an amazing experience for our tamariki.
