Effective Support for Culturally responsive teaching. Poutama Pounamu experts work with educators to gather and use data to advance learners’ achievement, wellbeing and belonging. JPC have now participated in 3 professional development sessions, and surveys have been completed from students, staff and whānau. The next step for whānau is participating in the collating and the analysis of  whānau data.

Below are the two hui dates. We would greatly appreciate your support by participating in these two sessions.

Hui: Monday 12th September 5pm- 6:30 in the Whare

We encourage and invite whānau to attend to collate whānau views on what full evidence of cultural relationships for responsive pedagogy looks like and sounds like at JPC. This is a follow on from the survey completed earlier this year.

We encourage and invite whānau to attend. We will be focusing on the analysis of evidence and next steps.
