John Paul College requires an experienced School Business Manager with strong financial skills who can manage administrative tasks in a busy and dynamic school environment.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage financial compliance and requirements including overseeing payroll and accounts
  • Managing a team of administration staff
  • Manage property development and maintenance
  • Support the Principal with the implementation and achievement of the school’s business plans, policies and objectives.

This is a permanent, full time position.

To succeed in this role you will have at least 5 years office management experience with tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance. CA qualification and previous experience in a school environment are preferable but not necessary. You will consider yourself to be technically proficient with a bundle of wisdom and enthusiasm. You are also required to demonstrate a professional work ethic, trustworthiness, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high pressure environment.
