JPC and our orchestra recently hosted the Aquinas College orchestra for our first ‘orchestra exchange’. We had time to work together as sections, and then came together to make a ‘super orchestra’ playing 2 pieces that both schools had been working on over the last terms, as well as another item each. We performed in the Thurston Theatre for a group of Year 8 students and some of our staff. We look forward to being able to continue this valuable learning experience in the future.
