Have ready these documents below in order to complete an enrolment form online.

• Birth Certificate (a requirement set by Ministry of Education)
• Preference Card (obtained from St Mary’s Parish Office ph 07 3480289)
• Hamilton Diocese Contract – Click here to download
• Copy of most recent school report (or portfolio)
• Student Letter to Mr Harper – Click here to download
• NZ Study Eligibility (for non New Zealand Citizens, eg Study Visa)
